Default Well, I'm official...................long

First, thanks for all your help, as always. When Audi announced the A3 for this side of the pond, I knew it would be hot. The 2.0 w/o Quattro threw a wrench into the works for a while. But the 3.2 was out of my range, and, I think overpriced anyway IMO, no offense. After hanging out w some A3 guys, watching the board, and desperately missing my 5th door, I pulled the trigger. Murano Green/Light Gray, DSG, Prem, Open Sky, Bi's, Nav. Well, what a ride. The DSG is seamless. The car is faster than my A4 with the big injectors and GIAC file(or it's real close!)Although originally, I wanted the Sport, I'm very impressed w the handling and cornering on my Prem. The brakes are fair to good. A little too much play in the wheel. What is with the wiper thing!? More overengineering :-) The salesperson could not show me how to get the arms up to clear the hood. The interior is so tight. The glove box is small w the CD in there, but the NAV is Fn awesome! Magic! I've only driven like 10 miles, this weekend I'll take her out. When April said months ago that the car was worth more than the selling price, I really was sold at that point. I'll be glad to be reading more of April's posts. Very lucky to have that type of expertise to tap. I came home and popped in my Euro split mirror, and Diadems into the turn signals. I love all the different combinations of lights. Can I get the city bulbs to work?
Thanks again. Let the modding begin!

Default Ya, you should really make the meet next week.

Sounds like you need to tighten up your steering.

Default Wiper trick:

Turn ignition on, then off, within 10 seconds, push the wiper control down (the 1 swipe position).

To return, make sure wipers are against the windsheild, turn ignition on, push down on control.

Congrats on the car. I know you'll love it....
