Does anyone have, or know where to get dealer invoice pricing on SQ5? I have to go and negotiate my lease and wanted to have an idea. Also, what sort of discounts have people been getting?

Invoice is around 7% off MSRP. Discount depends on the dealer, unless you're ACNA member in which case you get 6% off. It's $50 to join with 6 month waiting period or $750 for lifetime membership waiving the waiting period. There are also incentives of $1000-1500 for Audi owners trading in.

Costco, AAA, other buying clubs are usually based on "cost plus" pricing. You'd have to join one, or pay Consumer Reports for a cost printout one-shot. Then you're supposed to visit the dealer that handles that service and they're supposed to show you the invoice to prove you're getting the member price deal.

KBB and Edmunds also claim to show you the invoice price and typical selling prices, on their web sites, but that's a claim, not actually looking at an invoice.

As said, use Edmunds. Beware with your lease. All the Seattle area dealers mark up the MF by a few % points which really makes a difference and because they all do it, no way around it. If you have the know-how, make sure to calculate your rate and how much total interest you're paying to lease the car. For me, interest alone was something like $7500 over a 36 month lease while a 72 month finance (2.8%) was around $5000 for the whole loan. I ditched the lease plan real quick after figuring that out.

Forgot to mention, I got 5% off with negotiations. Not bad but not amazing. I was pleased with it and they had the exact car I wanted so done deal.

There is really no way to know the actual invoice that dealer pays to Audi. We can only see the publicly available one. The actual numbers vary based on dealer's volume etc and relationship with Audi. Do not forget about the holdback fees and other incentives that Audi provides to the dealers. So, even if they give you the 6%+$1000 discounts off MSRP they are not going broke for sure. Besides all that, there is always a big chance you bring the car back for service and that is when the dealers will really fleece you.

Yes dealers still make money selling cars at invoice. HOLD BACK is extra money given to the dealership by the manufacturer to help run the cost of the dealership. I have ever only been given hold back twice!! And you can't forget about employee pricing. My family worked for GM and I could by at GMS pricing. Usually about $2500 less than invoice. Plus rebates.
