Have had 2 - Q 5's & both had this issue. Took them in & after they replaced the seat frame never had the problem again. Someday Audi will solve this so you don't have the issue at all.

Had this happen right after we purchased ours. Took it in & they replaced part of the seat frame. No issue since & we now have 25K on it.
Had same issue with our 2011 Q 5 and they fixed that too....

I have the appointment tomorrow to get this fixed, the way it is now we can not use it. Have to use our $150 Garmin if we want to find a location. Never had this trouble with maps.
