I see that finding a triangle that fit was a problem. I can confirm that the triangles from a Q7 and the new A8s don't fit into the storage compartment.

Safety equipment

Were your S7s delivered with the triangle reflector and first aid kit? Mine wasn't, seems Audi has cut back on a few things.

So don't trust the 'miles to go' from a partial filling.

You'll need to know how many miles you get from a FULL tank. I know I usually get 300+ miles around town and will put 18-19 gallons in. For pure highway driving, I can go 450+ miles.

So always...

Hmmm, sounds familiar....

Back in 2000, the A6's (at least) got recalled due to fuel sensors that would get contaminated and give false positive readings. I wonder...

I had a 2000 A6 4.2 prior to getting a 2004 A8L

Yes the A8 is bigger, but you adapt to that feature very quickly. Even quicker if the car has a backup camera. I currently have an 07 w/ the sport suspension and B&O, those feature make the A8 a...

This isn't news I want to hear :-(

I've read that many of the SAs have left and gone to UP. That can't be a good sign. I haven't had to have service since January and I still have a ways to go before my next service visit. Although...

Likely one or more batteries are dead in the sensors

I went through this too on my 04. The sensors cannot be proactively replaced (which sucks). The failed sensors get returned to Audi IIRC.

I don't feel the need to show off, if I did, I'd be driving a bimmer (sorry Greenie ;-)). That said, I don't mind if others do different, kinda expect them to. I may think an oversize fart pipe...

Sounds like some self-righteous issues need to be addressed

I guess you won't be first in line to buy this car whenever it get sold. As long as it isn't sold as something it isn't, what does it really matter to you? It doesn't to me.

If I offend you...
