Can anyone help on my installation problem? I installed a RNS-E unit in my early 2005 A4 Avant. Everything seems to work fine except something is always draining power. I can here a constant low hum...

It still doesn't tell me if Navparts is a legit company, it could be a phony site. I still haven't have any response from them after ten days. No response to e-mails or status my two orders.
