The rebuilt injectors didn't work initially. Improvement could be from both though....

I did a road trip right after the manifold swap and my mileage was crap. Had a continual CEL until I put an 0-ring in the MAF and reset the ECU. Since then all's well.

I posted a few weeks ago on swapping out my stock Bosch injectors (0 280 150 552) for a slightly lower flowing (143cc/min vs. 149cc/min)injector. This is the 0 280 150 715 Bosch model as recommended...

I have a '97 Avant, flat-out the best car I've ever owned. That said...

they are beasts that need to be taken care of, not unreliable in a "leave you by the side of the road" sense but basic maintenance that keeps two and three digit bills from turning into big 4-digit...
