I am not seeing that on our A5

And my prior car (BMW M5 E60) also did not have the issue and I know that was definitely aluminum. It could be the glue you mentioned was not set properly at the factory?

The transmission fluid change is mentioned under 'Additional Maintenance Items' and it says 'Every 40,000 miles' but for spark plugs on same page it says 'Every 40,000 miles or 6 years,

Audicare DSG service at 4 years at less than 40K miles

It's unclear by looking at the contract on whether it's covered at 4 years if the car has less than 40K miles and the dealer told me it does but it's not written anywhere on the copy of the contract....

The positives

They fixed the door rattle that was coming from the lock/unlock/memory button area. They had to pop the door off and fix/replace the retention clip.

When the car was originally delivered, they had lost the 2nd key

So, once they got a new key in, I dropped off the car to have the new key registered with the car. After that, I started getting the popup every time I start the car.
