i wouldnt pay more then $100 for used s4 sides. New is around $200 with the brackets.

You can buy the other brackets to screw them in for mucho $$ or just use self tapping screws. There is a write up on it here.

Snagged some wheels from the classified, SSR GT10 18x8.5 et37...

for $75 a piece. They have one small bend on one wheel but hold air fine and dont vibrate.

oil pan bolt but luckily has a valve cover leak to compensate for the lack of oil changes. It runs like a top besides the fact no one can sit on the passenger side rear seat cause the fuel pump cuts...
