I removed the restriction baffle in the stock intake right by the filter. Hard to say if it helped because my filter was so clogged and I replaced that too for a noticeable increase.

I had mine changed under warranty. The mechanism is pretty flakey. The new one doesn't always work either and I have to hit the remote unlock or door unlock again, sometimes.

I like that it's easy to see if the car is locked or not.
On our Lexus GX470 the mirror tilt computer is bad. Seems to be a regular thing on these. The mirrors don't return to their previous spot....

There is likely some benefit from a colder denser charge and I think your exploration is a great idea. But yes people need to know that there is other low hanging fruit for more power per se.
