Power Loss at High RPM's or High Boost intermittent, GIAC Problems?

Ok so my 02 S4 has the GIAC X Chip in it. Problem I have is certain times, and they are random as far as i can tell, when im under high boost or wide open throttle, the car falls flat in the power....

Stratmosphere

I went with a stratmosphere myself and other than being a bit of a pain to install, I love it. The shifts are much shorter and crisp. Reminds me almost of my s2000. Well worth the $175 I paid. ...

I'm not throughly convinced it's an abs unit though because it doesn't give the warnings until after I get moving. I will update when I run it on the vag-com again and update.

I personally have the giac-x chip in my 02 right now. If you get it I recommend the flash loader too to switch between programs. I have a stock, pump and race gas map on mine.
