I'm getting my first TT on Monday (have been driving Audi's for eight years, 98 A4 2.8 and 01 A6 2.7T) and I was never as excited for either of the others. The TT rocks. But then, I also own a...

Giants/Chargers

Broncos fan, so can't root for the Chargers to win the Bowl. But I'd like to see Eli step up out of his brother's shadow! Nothing like an underdog Super Bowl. Did I mention I hate the Patriots?

Its a good question, now that you ask.

The previous owner had spacers on the wheels, which just aren't easy to work with. I don't think they are any wider than 5mm. I just assumed I needed to replace them. Why else would such a small...

Out of interest...

Suppose I am running an 18x8.5ET30 wheel, like the RS6 replica. I know I have the rather large (read: ginormous) HP2 calipers. Would a 5mm spacer be enough? There's so much in the archives...

Agreed.

I've had to deal with spacers before on my previous car (a 98 A4), but I don't think they were any bigger than 5mm, and came with the wheels.

I know spacers can create problems with suspension...

20mm Wheel Spacer Question

Hey everyone! I've had my '01 A6 2.7T for almost a year now, but just haven't gotten around to posting. I'll do formal introductions (with pictures, I promise, because I know none of you have seen a...

Upsolute Chip

Just a heads-up.

This is now the second chip I've seen that advertises considerably more power than the standard GIAC chip for the 2.8 most of us chip-upgraders seem to have. Upsolute's website...

Yup, at Gateway. You can look at stlscca.org for details.

I'll be running in STX. Still trying to figure out how STL SCCA does numbering; in Colorado you register for numbers in advance, but I can't find a comparable link on the STL SCCA website!

Stebro.

All you need to do is look back a bit in this forum, there are only 12 pages. I think the exhaust for 2.8 question is one of the most frequent here (maybe the supercharger query beats it).

Even if they didn't, an exhaust shop could probably easily remedy that.

Full Exhaust Options

Good news for 2.8 30v owners!

With the autocross season coming up on us, and surely we've all saved some cash from the long, non-enthusiast oriented winter, I've done some investigating on the...

Re: K&N vs Blitz air filters

Who uses the K&N and who uses the Blitz air filters? I don't have any personal bad experience, but there are others who recommended I replace the air filter that comes with the EvoMS (also PES)...

I love my Stebro exhaust. I receive a surprising amount of questions about it, and have posted extensively on it in the past in this forum, so I won't give you the full spiel, since I'm sure that it...

And then there's always the conflicting perspective...

I've had my EvoMS air intake, which I purposely refrain from calling a "cold air intake" as it is not, for about a year. Contrary to the opinion of many, which may be well qualified and justified, I...

Can we have a fancy number too?

How about Audi Owners Section 18. Sounds mysterious...we can hold get togethers in basements and dark alleys.

Re: With last year's info?

They wanted to make sure that you knew they really meant it last year when they sent it out to everyone.

Re: Pict of my helmet

The Imperial German color scheme makes me think you should put a large spike on the top. :) So naturally, I like it!

Crap!

I hate that!

On the topic of the front license plate though, I can give you some advice. When I came out to Colorado in May, I immediately received two tickets for not sporting one of those...
