After calling the dealer in Minneapolis it does look like I have 380mm in front and 356 on the rear.
The dealer was sort of a dick about it but did finally confirm this.

I had this problem on my 97. It was the Ignition control modulars. Replaced both of them (one for each side) Boom, that was the fix! Not sure if your motor still has them? My 07 doesn't have them....

Yes, make sure the car does not bottom out on something. You can undo all the lines letting the air out but the car will drop so plan for that.

FIXED!

Forgot to come back here with the update.
It was the release valve on the pump that would not let the car down. Replaced the pump everything is working great. Thank you all for your help!

I have searched for this and have not found this problem that I am having. The suspension is near new. I replaced the pump and front units (RMT) this past winter and all has been running great....
