I simply need to find a new buyer, and he needs to work out his priorities before making commitments in the future.

Yes... but...

I should have kept the brakes and suspension. I didn't realize how much of the "fun factor" of the B5 S4 was wrapped up in those components.

Hanging around the fast cars at WMS is a little tough...

I could have hung on and tried to make the transmission work. At best, I'd have a very fast car with limited appeal to anyone but me. On the otherhand, it was looking like a workable transmission...

I de'modded my TiAL car. I'm going to drive it in Stage II+ form until the economy comes back, and then pick up a 993 C4S.

The trans will easily hold well tuned K04/K04 Hybrid Power...

I will throw in a GIAC tuned Transmission Controller. The trans is in New Jersey at 517 for the moment, and it will be shipped to the buyer at no cost, once it's sold. (Lower 48 States).
