Another update:
Replaced the original ECM with a used ECM, in which IMMO has been disabled, successfully tested by seller in sister MT car.
No start, no ECM error codes. Only CEL lighted.

No error codes, ECM, Instruments, nor Immobilizer. No CEL.

I replaced the ECM with a tested and immobilizer disabled ECM,
Still no start and no ECM error codes.
The ECM is shutting down both the FPR and the Ign system.
What beside an Air Bag...

If the CCP switch failed to close when clutch peddle is depressed the starter interlock relay would not activate and the starter would not be powered.
Not the case, but thanks for the suggestion.

Been busy with other problems but still looking for causes other than the ECM, other sensors or inputs to the ECM.
Current conclusion: the ECM is shutting down both the FP and the spark....

Replaced the CPS. What a PITA! All from the top, couldn't find any access from underneath.
Same problem, the ECM will not ground the ground side of the FP relay allowing the FP to run...

Until some thing happened causing the ECM to ground the ground side of the FP relay.

Problem started with longer and longer crank times.
Once started, never a run failure.
No engine error codes. No check engine light.
Lamp on power line to Fuel Pump, no power to FP when cranking....

Easy to separate the switch blade half from the remote access section.
What's not obvious is how to open the remote access half to get to the battery....
