I couldn't believe that ADS wasn't available on the S5 in the UK, but thankfully it was a configurator error and it was in the dealers order guide.

I don't like Dynamic though, as it locks 6th...

I know, mine has them (automatic upgrade from 2G MMI and standard lights applied in the factory).

The sport differential is mentioned in the owners manual, but AFAIK it is possibly linked to Drive...

No, but I got a value on the trade-in allroad that was just equal to just over book value plus

about 6% of the list price of the S5. Odd that, seeing as the allroad was mine personally, and the S5 is through the company... ;-)

Interesting. You have the new 3G MMI with two SD and SIM slots in the dash?

This iPod worked fine in a C6 allroad AMI, but when I connect it to the S5, after a few seconds the iPod says "Do not disconnect" but no Audi logo appears and in the "source" selection, it says...

That's one of the things I'm trying to find out.

I used the interface cable and iPod from the (C6) allroad and plugged it into the S5, only for the AMI item (greyed out) in the "source" selection in Media to change to "Not compatible"

So, no CD...

Never left the family really. After the smurfed RS6

I had a W12, then an S8, then an allroad, another S8 and now have a new RS6 Avant.

Hence expecting no complaints if I take the S5...

Very minor tweaks already in production

Everything confirmed from week 45 should have the new HDD-based nav system instead of the DVD-nav.

I <i>think</i> the new LED rear lights should be on S5 from build week 49, as should the new-look...

And of course the RS 6.

I think it would get a bit too wide for most screens if I added all that stuff! ;-)
