It can be done

What I recall is that you can NOT cut (deck) a 2.7T head. If the head is warped due to overheating or any other reason then it's not useable.

My fillups are usually 15-15.5 gallons.

80% of my driving is highway at 80mph driving to and from work on route 80.

The other 20% is very spirited driving.
