Personally, since the shop is going to have to take it apart again, you should have them rebuilt the heads to a better setup. Maybe 2.8 with some valve job. IMO the shop should do the work for BOTH...

I take it the same side that got "rebuilt" is the side that is have the issue? How did your spark plugs look? Is cylinder 1 the *only* one with misfire?

What did it cost you to get the rebuilt?

Well my upper control arms have damaged bushing and since I am replacing them I may as well go with adjustable.

I dont think it will work. The S4 and RS4 are not identical. The RS4 is not a Hitachi MAF either, from what I remember.

If the pistons are not damaged, just change the heads or have them rebuilt and you should be good. You have to do the TB job as well.

What is the correct 60 lbs injectors’ orientation?

I used stock orientation, Pass side the injector connecter is facing the radiator and the Driver side the connector is facing the firewall.
