hard shifting

I have an 89 200QT which is very difficult to shift into all the lower gears. It's as if the synchronizers just don't work. Is there an easy fix for this or an explanation? \

Thanks, Dave

Replacing back window

Has anyone worked in an auto-glass shop or replaced the back window of an A4 yourself?

Is that something I can do or must I go to a professional? Any suggestions?

Thanks, Dave
