Can you please move the Prev/Next Buttons to the top?

Currently when you click on them, it moves the top of your browser to the next line in the thread view. That's completely pointless, because you click on the button to view the content of the next...

Posts per page isn't a problem. Jamming on my scroll wheel 5x more than I used to is the problem.
