One issue you'll run into is there are no real high flow injectors for the stock CIS fuel system in your car. Best bang for your buck is going through Benn Swann for a QLCC chip and wastegate spring....

Has mine re-done at a local shop, took only about 3 hours one day. You can do it yourself, one trick to getting it out of the car, is lower the two front seats back and recline them completely....
