More durable internals. Higher performance BPV. Not really more $ than the weaker OEM parts.

The 710N's are OEM, just not in the S4. They are made by Bosch, just like the 710A or B one's that came stock on the S4. The N version may be slightly higher price, but not enough to justify going...

Are you sure the shop used the correct fluid? Also level is VERY important, as shift quality is

highly correlated to the level and the fluid quality (age/mileage). Even one pint (500 ml) low can cause significant shift quality issues. Do not add anything to the fluid, and BTW you have to open...

Those are great pads - long life, low dust and easy on the rotor. Just not meant for highly

spirited driving like some other pads - but those pads make a lot more dust and will eat up the rotors. Give all new brake pads a week or so of city driving to properly bed in, esp if you used...
