IIRC there is a flap under the wiper cowl behind the fire wall. Should be a + terminal and a ground.

No wheels are approved by the DOT

The US does not have testing or certification requirements for them. Good luck with 360. They look good in pics, not so much in person.

I have 4500 miles on mine...

and have not added a drop of oil to it yet. My RS4, while not as thirsty for oil as some here, needed a quart every 1500 - 2000 miles.

They do run rich when starting...

When you open the driver's door, you'll hear a short hissing sound. This is the injectors priming the cylinders with a bit of extra fuel. It is advised to not do short runs after starting the engine...

Only 2006 and newer have a switch...

All D3's prior to that activate the steering wheel heat when the interior temp is below 59F.

I use FedEx custom critical for all my enclosed transport...

They are generally priced higher than the competition, but I am able to request the same driver who greets me by name at each pick up and drop off. I have never had an issue with damage or abuse of...

Take a qtip soaked in isopropyl alcohol and go around all the buttons...

Make sure to soak it liberally and press each button to work the liquid in. Repeat several times. Not guaranteed to fix it but if is a small spill it just might do the trick.

Why not go with 275/35-20 Pilot Sport A/S?

It's an OEM size and compared to the 19" 255/40-20 you lose only 0.23" of sidewall.

I suspected a faulty caliper...

The pads and rotors were checked, removed and re installed but it never resolved the problem.

Although I can understand your frustration, there are a couple of points I'd like to make...

I've dealt with Lance on several occasions, and although there have been some issues, never has he simply lashed out when an error is pointed out to him. I would be curious to the the context and...

It's plastic

If there is a dent w/o cracking or marring on the finish, I would think it's either supposed to be that way or there is a manufacturing defect. I have not had a B7 RS4 Wheel in my hands in quite some...

S6's do have front fog lights...

They are integrated in the headlamp assembly (where your old DRL's used to be). On the S6, the LED Strip functions as the DRL (and city/parking lights on RoW cars).

Really, you don't say?

Using the OE Michelin PS2, the section widths mounted are:

8.5 = 10.44"

9.0 = 10.24"

9.5 = 10.00"

8.5 would actually be the ideal for a 255 width. 9" stretches the tire.

4 or 6

#1 has a horrible bowed out profile

#2 & #3 are too blocky and simple in relation to the car's lines.

#5 while nice, it too "light" in design for the car IMO.

I dunno, but if it was me and I had a choice between 91 sans Ethanol and 94 that was E10...

I'd go with the 91. If the 91 is E10 as well, then by all means go with the 94.

How much ethanol?

More than 10% (E10) and you're gonna have some major issues. I was doing 90% 91 octane and 10% 100 octane on mine.

The switch was an addition for '06. Earlier models are automatic.

The heating element will turn on when the cabin temperature drops below 59F.

Well if that little green line has anything to do with it

It's part of the exhaust valve system.
