Just noticed the same last week and the dealer...

Just noticed the same last week and the dealer said the freon level was low, so they recharged the system and pressure tested (no leaks) and now it's blowing nice and cold again.

I don't remember exactly, but water pump was around 50k and motor mount probably ~75k, IIRC. I purchased it CPO with around 20k on the clock, so both were covered thankfully.
