I picked up a Bentley manual and I think the guy who wrote this was on drugs! Looking at page 19-8 there says there is cooling system bleeder (item #4). My 2.8 engine does not have this!

I did the timing belt and thermostat about 10,000 miles ago. I originally thought it could be a heater core plugging issue also so that's why I flushed the core with a garden hose.
