It is very easy to swap the seats out. I have a set of non-sport '01 seats (already out)

They are in perfect condition - I bought them from another person on the forum last year, but had another opportunity to swap seats, so I ended up with two sets LOL. If you are interested let me...

Dealers (even beyond Audi) find ANY reason not to cover stuff under warranty and get paid more

When they charge direct, they can get more $$$ - they will find ANY and I repeat ANY reason to push things off onto a "modification". I really ticks me off too - even if you use OEM parts, if it was...

I think he is talking about the 3 piecer I see on ebay frequently. Not bad looking, but

I haven't seen it on any Audi's personally. The wiring should be pretty straightforward - tap into the third brakelight, and take off the lid trim, and CAREFULLY fish through the place that the...

OK, pics coming in a few minutes, but here are some answers:

TMC: NO. It integrates directly with the CAN, and does not need the TMC (at least on 2002+ cars).

Match: It is a 100% match with the matte black plastic on the 2002+ A6

Fit: It is a 100%...

Oh - my family still does own the glass business - I just don't work at it anymore

I did through HS and College, and have not worked since, but Dad tells me about all the stuff all the time and I don't have the heart to say I'm not interested.

OK - My family has owned a glass business for many years - here's the "real" scoop.

What everyone says here is somewhat right. It is possible for thermal expansion to cause the breakage, but not likely. More likely there was:

1. A fault in the glass - it is tempered (it...
