or find a area and do some foot patrol in the local supermarkets, healthfood stores, etc

the rental market is soften a bit, so there might be some deals to be had

as a point of refence i'm renting a oversized 1br with a home office in FiDi for about 3800/month

also there are only 2-3 resturants left in nyc that require jackets so jeans are

acceptable almost anywhere.... i've eaten in expensive resturants in jeans and flip flops

one of the craziest parties in ny on sunday and monday is at butter.
