Lots of good shops around Boston. If you're north call German Autosport in Amesbury. Damon is an excellent tuner.

Is it a rythmic pop like it's synchronized with the RPM's or is it random? I think if random it may just be expansion and contraction of the metal or possibly a slight expanion/ contraction at the...

You may hhave very heavy 17 inch wheels and/or sticky sumer tire rubber. The narrower tire with wider sidewall will give you a smoother ride for sure too. I prefer my 17's running Conti Extreme...

Since you're new...

I'll answer but please be aware of the search function in the forum. This has been discussed/asked since Audi came out with Quattro drive systems and that's a loooong time ago.

So, I live in NH...

Got it from a fellow AW'r local to NE. It's the wrong color and has some deep scratches on the bottom but will make an excellent winter project. I'll update but here we go....

it is hard to find them

I looked for a few weeks watching the classifieds, other posters that have changed to 3rd part bumpers, as well as Craigslist where I found one the other day. Be diligent and act fast when you see...

been discussed many, many times

search and you will find all kinds of info. That said, I love my Milltek. It has the deepest sound, no rasp, and not loud until you dip into into heavily.

I just bought some used from Shokan in NY

under $300 shipped. The risk is they are not new. However, I have no issue reconditioning any scratches as I need to paint them Dolphin Gray anyway.

I think many have used Sports

Try a search and you'll get lots of data. That said the shocks do not set ride height. They dampen the motions of the springs. It is the springs that set the height. To be absolutely sure, I would...

Are you going to show up at the Audi Club with that?

It may have trouble fitting in with others at NAAC. Good luck with it. It's a nice looking car.

Based on his experience

He told me he's had to redo too many aftermarket cats at about 12K miles after installation. How and why is not known. Possibly the OEM uses something in the element that the aftermarket ones don't?

Just replaced both sides on son's 2.7T

My indy mechanic said no way to after market units. He won't install them stating that they don't last like OEM. I trust his judgment.

Spotted a nice RS6 on 125N in NH yesterday

Same color as Nene's. If you're here, remove the IRA dealer sticker over the RS6 badge. It ruins the look. I was 2 cars behind you and the sound of your car was intoxicating.

It transformed my 2001

The difference between stock and the Dahlback was like putting glasses on when your vision is 20/200. Granted IIRC the torque on the 01 was 260 ft-lbs or something like that. However, for about $700...

What he said.

You need the software, hoses, diverter valves etc... to realize the benefits.

This happened to my daughter's B5

I pulled the carpet up on the passenger side and the module was completely submerged. I dried it out and baked it in the oven at 150 deg for a couple of hours to completely dry it out. Works fine now.

Check my pic poster for rsults on my A6

Some chrome door trim finishes it off. It's easy for any qualified exhaust shop.

If the new tires were not Hunter Roadforce balanced they need to be. Also please always try the search function first. I think that you will find it to be very helpful. Then if you do not find what...

Dahlback Racing is What I did

The Dahlback Racing ECU reprogramming limits the torque to 305 ft-lbs to be within the transmission limits. I got that along with the their transmission chip and the combination was fantastic. It...

You can't use the 1.8 springs

I like the stock sport springs and shocks. I changed from my stock non sport and love it. IMO the other setups are too low. Unless of course you can do coilovers, then you can adjust them. You can...

Don't panic unless it's flashing

Did you just buy gas? Make sure the cap is on correctly. Otherwise drive it a few days to see if it goes out.

There's a reason that gap is specified. It assures proper igniting of the mixture

H-Sports made a major difference for my ex A6

Do it, you'll be amazed how much flatter the cornering will be with no ill effects on ride comfort.
