My 2013 S6 has a very comfortable ride, almost limo-like in comfort setting. There was universal agreement and its my preferred car for long trips. The air shocks make all the difference.

I am like you but its worth it just for the 30K service where they change the plugs - thats $1500 if you don't buy the package. Besides an oil change is $169 (9 quarts).

Ditto, I would trade my 2013 S6 for a loaded premium 2018. Aside from driver assist and sport pkg, really like comfort seats but not a deal breaker. Black is a deal breaker. In NJ or PA or NY?

Love the comfort seats

Massage is OK, especially for long trips where I change the setting regularly. Less than a good massage chair but OK.

They will do all services based on time, not mileage, so worth it. Just ask them to price yearly service you will do. I drive 8K mi per year.
