Had that happen to my wife's 08 TT roadster a couple of years ago. Only solution was bring to dealer and have paddle shifter replaced. Can't remember cost however, sorry.

Google Earth

My 2012 A6 Prestige was updated to the 942_3 software to solve a problem with losing Google Earth download. Google Earth overlay downloads just fine.

Wife had the same problem in her TT. Turned out to be the temp sensor failed and the thermostat had stuck open. I had not expected both failures at once. Had dealer replace and all is well.
