Help!!! Under acceleration engine stutters and its getting worse!

First, in case it makes a difference in diagnosing, it is 00 A4 1.8T with APR 1.0 bar chip. Engine has 214,000 miles. Last week under full boost (16psi) the engine would stutter, and if I don’t...

Yes, there was a fuse previously.

That's the problem, it does not seem to have contacts; is there an easy way to check into that?

TIA

Went to check a couple of fuses yesterday and I can't put

any fuses into one of the slots. It is not for the cruise control. The fuse doesn't catch in there, it just falls out. Other fuses seem to be fine; what would do this and how can I remedy the...

It is DBW.

That is a good idea, I haven't tried that yet. Thank you.

Looked through the manual for fuse assignments;

Not very clear. Multiple fuses for same things, only CC fuses were also marked Automatic Transmission, etc. I'll try to dig further into it, thanks.

What was involved with fixing/replacing the CC Computer?

Any way to diagnose that without "help" from a dealer?

Cruise Control and key remotes not working

both started around the same time, could they be related - like on the same fuse or something? I've eliminated the remote batteries being the problem for that part of it.

Otherwise what are most...

Ok, if I pinch the wastegate hose for a test,

what am I looking for? Which is the wastegate hose, does it come up from the bottom of the engine bay on the left side? Sorry for my ignorance. Thanks.

APR Chipped, boost peaks around 5psi, holds steady at 4psi.

Could it be anything other than a boost leak? I've checked the vacuum lines that are easily accessible, couldn't see anything. What are some of the most likely spots the leak could be? Any other...

I'll see if it seems like there's junk in there. Thanks for the thought.

I guess possible,

but I didn't hit anything or drive into any potholes... I'll check for wheel play and if there is none I will put on the full size spare and see if the problem persists.

Thank you, I'll check it after work

and if it seems to be that I will not drive it. That means I'll need to get it towed to stealership?

Copy that, will do it when I get home tonight.

Sorry, I'm a noob when it comes to this stuff, but common sense would tell me there should be no wheel play, and if there is the tie rods are broken?

It was just me in the car on my way to work,

unable to do that. Passenger front.

:) And yes, I was listening to good music until I shut it off so I could hear better in the hopes of diagnosing it.

Car is shaking! Please help!

I'm getting a horrible shaking in the front right wheel area; lugnuts are tight, tire is in good condition. Noticeable at 25+ mph, haven't gone faster than 35 until I know its safe.

Out of...
