The mat comes whole w/o the cutouts but have indents for manual cutouts for those w/ that preference.
Some want that complete waterproof feature and some don't.

I just verified my truck liner part # and it is indeed the same one listed in your link...
BTW, the trunk liner is the same for all the B6 & B7 Avants.

The fronts are a piece of cake.
Need a car lift? With a lift, the rears to become a little easier but not by much. Still PITA, regardless.
