The 30/40 is the 40R compressor wheel with a 30R turbine. The 30R HTA will be closer to a 'plain' 35R. I've mentioned it to you before, but my vote would be the HTA 35R for your car.

the last 'dead' n75 I dealt with had no response when hit with 12v. A quick and dirty test would be to jump 12v across the terminals. you should hear the valve click when you tap 12v on it.

you can use a 3B flywheel (and I recommend it over 7A because its lighter). You will need a pilot bearing adapter. 034 makes em.

When you jumped the fuel pump direct to battery it should have turned on and stayed on..
