I've come to believe that having the integrated Nav in my Audi's are worth it.

FYI - I have a 2001 A6 with a retrofitted OEM RNSE (spent $1500+ for it) and it gets a ton of use. After 4+ years with the OEM Nav, I've discovered lots of new sideroads and routes my common...

The issue is with how your Sym I and Sym II communicate with your instrument cluster and steering wheel controls etc.

The Sym I uses the Clk/Data wires.
The Sym II uses the canbus wires.
