Parking sensors fit as from what i can gather the grills come with different clips to hold them but you may need to change where they are clipped in.
I don't think front camera will fit...

He does not have passive TPMS that is what is trying to be enabled (it was not spec'd from factory) only the Q7 and A6 require this module.

I have the TPMS on mine so the coding was not an issue...

Why not go into the mmi in the settings you can select units.
You can then change miles to kms or vice versa.
When you have done that use the trip buttons to change what is shown on the dash...

One is down to a low or near flat battery and the other is because the pump has over heated trying to make the car go up and down too much at one point. May suggest a slight leak.
