FLAC format playback...

Since our MMI does not support FLAC format, what is the best/easiest converter to AAC or MP3? Also, should I use 320kbps for best sound quality? Thank you for any suggestions.

I'm in northwest suburbs. Sold my summer tires right away and got conti DWS. Drove 2winters on them and very happy. If u need any help with VAG, let me know as I have one, plus heated garage.
