Probably not on the S4. They already don't offer it on the B8.5 S4 in Europe. The US and Canada got it because it's carryover from the B8. They likely won't spend the money on the B9 to develop...

I run my winter tires at 33/30 because that's the proper pressure for 98 XL rated tires for the axel weights of the S4.

I'm a little confused. You have an analog coolant temp gauge. The oil temp is digital in the DIS. My oil temp is usually higher that that. ~100c if I've been pushing it a bit.
