Actually with a spring compressor you can take...

Actually with a spring compressor you can take the strut out. It's not easy but doable. Then you can remove the knuckle with the upper control arms still attached. Ask me how I know.

juju, cut the wire going into the access start module before the "over producing" alternator frys the access start module causing the need for a new steering column

I think the injector is coincidental. A bad injector would cause misfires for that cylinder, not a lean bank.
