There is also the thought to take the $4k and set it aside and self warranty. Risky, yes, but potentially the cost could be less. When I get back into an Audi I am considering this option.

Yes, speedos are off buy 3-4mph. Common.

As far as the seats are concerned, I have never pushed the stop button to program the seats. Make sure stop button is not "Stopped", press "Memo" button than press number to save while still pressing...

Cam plugs are very inexpensive and take less

than 1 hr to replace. I lived with the burning oil smell for years and only researched the fix when the oil was showing up on the floor in the garage. Even the idiots at the Audi dealership couldn't...

Check cam plugs first. Easiest an least expensive repair.
