Hello hello! Going to PDX is going to be problematic...

Since I'm now calling YYZ (Toronto) home!

Have you any luck with the aero rear wipers by the way?

You know, an alignment cannot cure the negative camber up front...

Perhaps you've got too much toe in to exasperate the wear, but the inside is most likely always going to be worn more than the outside, unfortunately...

It certainly wouldn't be my first choice...

If I was still in Vancouver, I probably would've gone with the Goodyear GS-D3 when I bought new tires earlier in the year. The Toyos did work quite well when I was still in that city though, and...

For the price, they're excellent.

I'd say they're better than the T1R (which I had prior to these) in terms of dry grip. In the wet they are okay: they grip fine, but don't handle puddles too well. The sidewalls are definitely...

I'd say take the car to a trustworthy shop and have it looked at.

It sounds like a fuel pump, but it never hurts to have a 2nd opinion. Independent Tuning gets my vote. I'm not aware of a fuel pump recall, by the way.

Are Will and Doug still helping out?

I find them quite a large step down coming from the loud XP8's too, but they're almost silent.

Well, not according to Andy Wilman, the producer

This is what he said:

"Just for the record, Richard and James's contracts are up soon - no big deal, contracts do end - and their agents are negotiating new ones.

They want an amount, the BBC...

The car's fine, other than due for a timing belt change.

By the way, as of June 4th I'm officially no longer a student at UBC :) That whole thing with the thesis took much longer than anticipated...

In terms circuits, 2 resistors mean that each is dissipating half the power as before...

So yes, the temperature would be lower. However, I'd bet you can get away with much higher resistance to reduce the power draw anyway: city light LED's can be run with 300 ohm resistors without...

There's a Chevron with a touchless carwash at 4th and MacDonald, IIRC.

There may be a carwash at the Esso on Burrard and 4th, but I can't say for sure. Also, if memory serves, there's a self-serve power wash place on Main somewhere between 16th and 33rd.
