I cleaned and tested it and the car seems to be running better and throwing no codes (for that anyway) One on each side of the engine, towards the rear. Car is A8 4.2 2007. Looks exactly as pictured...

Nobody knows this spec!? In any event I cleaned and tested by putting 12V to it and it worked, so I put it back in but haven't started the car yet so I am not sure if it cured my problem

Wow that seems like forever ago and it was only last June! I am pretty sure I went OEM but not positive. I don't like to do things twice and I figured if the first one lasted 180K miles I wouldn't...

07 A8 D3 Oil Control Valve Testing Ohms?

Anyone know what the value should be? When I test it it starts in the mid sevens and goes to about 6.6. Is that within specs?
