Well wouldn't you know it, I have HBA, lol. Pushed the stalk and the white high beam icon came in with an A. Checked settings in MMI and those settings are there.

My mirror does seem to have a sensor instead of a camera in the same spot in your picture. I have no idea if I have the auto high beam feature, if I do I don't know how to turn on, lol.
