I replaced my OEMs with Toyo Proxes T1Rs. I think they were about $245/tire. Very happy with them so far. With about 10k miles they look almost new.

Late C5 models did indeed have OnStar. I had it on my '03 4.2. It was disabled when OnStar did the switch to digital. I doubt you can add it to any car as aftermarket, but certainly not Audis.
