This is simply a means of buying time. The only permanent leak fix is to purchase a new bag. Now that Arnott bags are available at under half of the cost of OEM, I cannot endorse this...

Remove the top trim piece (surrounding the hazards) by prying, with two flatbladed screwdrivers, at the 2 bottom-most points labelled #4.

Remove the entire hazard relay housing by using these two...

My esteemed colleague Paul and I may have differing opinions on this.

I'd say that whereas the allroad market is sliding under the 10k mark - a nice Stage 3 (especially a manual) would probably be in the 14-18k range, especially with other upgrades.

I'm not glued...

Ok, I got your message, I'll see if I can dig it up.

I wrote it on a box during a crazy work night, and I remember ripping that particular box up for some prototyping. I'll kick myself if I iced that info, but I'll dig tonight (garage work night).

I'm thinking I'll rip the engine+trans out of the allroad this summer and rebuild some stuff.

I want to rebuild or replace:

Steering rack
Coolant hoses (many)
Solvent and flush turbo oil...
