You can probably survive if you are easy on the gas...

The motor mounts hold the engine in place when there is a lot of torque. If you are careful when shifting and keep your car in low RPMs for all gears (especially lower gears), you can probably wait...

Sometimes they have a database of the codes. I was able to call around to local dealerships in the Baltimore area and get the code for free.

I got a used one from Dads for about $100 and got it put on by an indy shop for $77

Dad's is in Cali. If you are on the east coast you might be able to get one from Shokan.
