Exhaust leak

I have had a horrendous, leaking noise coming from my Borla exhaust for some time. I jacked the car up today to take a look and found the metal ring that (I'm assuming) keeps the flex joint in place...

Anybody have 2 front sport shocks they can part with?

I ran into a couple problems returning my car back to stock and the two front sport shocks now have stripped threads. The top nut won't go on all the way which causes a horrible shake when going...
