Yes, the fluid is "lifetime" but at that mileage Audi considers it time beyond life.

It's probably the clutch that's slipping. TC problem may have more symptoms.

Don't go to a transmission shop for rebuild. Highly likely it won't work right.

Either get rid of the car once the box goes, or buy a remanufactured unit. I was quoted 5300 euros here in France...
