Window Tinting Q5

I have an 2010 Ibus Q5 and I had all the windows tint by a company call Tint King they used a brand called LLUMAR I choose the 50 % tint for all the windows and on the roof I used a mirror finish...

I did everything that you posted and it still does not work I also went into the MMI setup and made sure the window setting was in the ON postion sill nothing !
