I had a 2009 A4 as a service loaner, and the keyless was awesome

door sensor was immediate, and fob recognition perfect. No problems at all.

The only thing I agree with you is that it felt very peppy indeed.
I love the new dash.
the interior is top notch.
keyless-go is awesome.
Lots more room inside the car.

I think the Evo may be my next car. Seriously. Like you said Bob, with the ECU upgrade this thing is probably as quick as the RS4 for half the price!
