Broken knob climate control unit

The left-hand knob to set interior temp and also turn unit off has broken. (See photo attached with intact knobs.) Audi sells the entire unit (p/n 8N08Z0043AB98) and many used ones are on ebay, etc. ...

Do stock 2002 TTs have "standard" or "sport" springs? A lot of aftermarket (H&R, Eibach) springs offer 1" - 1.6" lowering, but I'm happy with stock.

How long before Takata air bags replaced?

I was notified by Audi that the front passenger side airbag will be replaced in April 2016 and am still waiting. Anyone have any knowledge how much longer this will take?

Help! Air coming in under pass side armrest!

The passenger side armrest in my wife's 2008 A4 has a small (~1" diam) hole underneath that lets in outside air. Are we missing a plug of some kind???

I will not get new TT until offered with manual! If I drove in heavy rush hour traffic I might feel differently. Faster shifting does not mean more fahrvernuggen!

Re-attach the pulls on back of rear seat?

One side of one of the semi-circular pulls on the back of a rear seat has pulled out. They appear to originally been attached from inside the seat. Any suggestions???

Now I need part numbers (std and sport springs) to prove it! Are the painted marks on the springs (3 strokes if I remember correctly) different colors?
