does anyone have experience with the WOA flywheel for the 2.8?

any suggestions will help. oh yea, has anyone heard of machining the stock flywheel to shave off a few pounds?

hmm...would SC put out more power and be relatively as reliable?

I dig turbos, but it's just a pain to sale my car to get a 1.8t. so i am thinking about sc-ing my car. sees to me that sc would be perfect for autox and track events out of the corner.

actually not really, some of my friends with 2001 1.8ts average around 19mpg....

he drives kinda fast but still, not very good for a 1.8 liter engine. From my own experience, might as well just have fun with ur car since u r getting bad millage anyways and doesn't get much worst...

yes i definitely do love the rush. And i have spun out before and learn not to push my car too hard. But when u jump from mountain to mountain on long stretches of roads....u simply can't memorize...

alright i am confused....i thought both the bov and bypass "blow off" at close throttle....

basically it blows off excess air then it's not needed eg shifting, so that it doesn't put pressure on the motor when throttle is closed. Correct me if i am wrong ! A lot of audi people have told me...

OK.....basically, most people are saying that audi turbo engines are designed for bypass valves that recirculates air all the time. However, wouldn't it makes sense that u would want to "blow off"...

What if for instance.....

traveling on a HOT freeway for about 3-4 hours, and all of a sudden, it jolts and power just goes down! check engine also came on. But when pulled to the side and rest for 10 mins, it was normal...
